Sell on WhatsApp without selling what you don't have

Pandesk keeps your stock, till and WhatsApp orders in one count, so every order you accept is one you can deliver.

14 days of Business, free. No card needed. You can change the link on the next page.

The Pandesk till on a computer: a sale in progress with three items, a total of 2,500 naira, and cash, transfer and card buttons.

One count for the counter, the store and WhatsApp

Every sale, from the till, the web store or WhatsApp, is written into the same Left column. Sell the last tin on one, and the other two stop offering it.

When a customer orders, Pandesk checks the count and holds the items for 30 minutes while they pay. You never promise what the shelf cannot give.

Sample shop, made-up figures. One count, three ways to sell.

A day in the shop, screen by screen

Tap the items, take the money

The count drops the moment the sale is saved, on every phone in the shop. Cash, transfer or card, and a sale on credit when a regular needs it.

Every product has a count and a level to buy at

Anything at nothing is shown as gone, and nobody can order it. Sold out stays on the list, so you remember to buy it.

The Stock screen: products with their counts, buy-again levels and status.

Who owes me, and since when

A customer takes goods now and pays later. Write it once, and see who owes what, since when.

The Who owes me screen: customers with the amounts they owe.

Orders from your own web store link

Customers order from your own link. Pandesk checks the count, holds the items for 30 minutes and sends a Paystack link from your account.

The Orders screen: web store and WhatsApp orders with their state.

Each person gets their own login and role

Refunds and voids need a manager, and cashiers never see your cost prices or profit.

The Staff screen: team members with their roles.

Close the day and see the difference

At closing, the cashier counts the cash. Pandesk shows what it should be, what was counted and the difference.

The Reports screen: sales for the day by payment method.

Questions shop owners ask first

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Can I export my data?

Yes, any time, on every plan, and even after your trial ends. Download your products, sales, customers and debts as files from Settings.

Your data is yours. If you leave, take it with you.

Do I need a new SIM for WhatsApp?

We recommend one. A number connected to the WhatsApp ordering bot cannot also be used in the normal WhatsApp app at the same time, so many shops buy a cheap SIM just for orders and keep their personal number as it is.

The bot is on Business and Pro. Starter shops do not need a SIM.

Where does my money go?

Customer payments go through Paystack straight into your own Paystack account, then to your bank on Paystack's schedule. Pandesk never holds your sales money.

You only pay us the plan fee.

What happens if NEPA takes light?

Counter sales keep going as long as the phone has charge. Fully paid cash sales are saved on the phone and sync when the network is back.

Online orders and card payments wait for the network. Stock held for an order is kept safe on our servers.

Is my data safe?

Each shop's data is kept separate, passwords are never stored as plain text, and hosting is on Cloudflare. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023: you control your customers' data and we only handle it for you.

You can read the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, and ask us on WhatsApp to delete data at any time.

Can my staff steal from the till?

Pandesk makes it hard to do quietly. Each cashier opens and closes a till session. At closing they count the cash, and Pandesk shows what it should be, what they counted and the difference.

Refunds and voids need a manager, and cashiers never see your cost prices or profit.
