Terms of Service

The agreement

By ticking the box when you create a shop, you agree to these Terms and to the Data Processing Agreement. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

Pandesk helps you sell, track stock, take payments, record debts and expenses, and talk to customers on WhatsApp. New shops get a 14-day free trial with Business features and no card.

We may change features, and we will try to give notice of changes that remove something you rely on.

Plans and payment

Plans are Starter, Business and Pro, billed monthly or yearly (yearly gives two months free) in naira. Limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the app.

If your trial or paid period ends, your shop becomes read-only: you can sign in, see your data and export it, but you cannot add sales, products or staff until you pay. If a card payment fails you have 3 days of grace before the shop becomes read-only. If you move to a smaller plan, we keep everything you already have and only block adding more.

You can pay by card through Paystack, or by bank transfer, which we activate by hand after we confirm it.

Your responsibilities

Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has your account. You are responsible for what your staff do. Only use Pandesk for lawful trade, and only message customers who expect to hear from you.

You are responsible for the prices, stock, tax and customer records you put in Pandesk being accurate.

Your data

Your shop's data is yours. You can export it any time. We handle your customers' personal data for you as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pandesk running but we do not promise it will never be down. Offline selling on the POS keeps working without internet and syncs later. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for lost profit.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and export your data. We can suspend a shop that breaks these Terms or the law. We delete data after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
